BTW, Rick’s 37signals obsession is truly creepy, yes. I’ve met those guys – they’re not cool enough to deserve iPad signature space, though their success is admirable.

There are Segway tours that frequently pass by the studio here in Nashville- I’ll try and snag some audio
I think the new format is fine… I like tangents though, so make sure you don’t stick to it too rigidly
