However, I don&#039;t view a workaholic as someone who exceeds the standard 40hrs/week.  Rather, a workaholic is someone who negatively impacts their work and others with their unbalanced work habits.

I think this is an important distinction to make as I believe running your own business requires more than the standard 40hrs/week.  The challenge though is to make sure that extra time you&#039;re spending is actually useful and not harming the business -- in other words, you don&#039;t turn into a workaholic.</description>

2) Yeah, that may have been a slip since that blog has a whole brand around it now.  We&#039;re a way out from outsourcing our email and sipping mojitos on the beach though!</description>
