Love the show guys, keep it up!
1) Whats with the creepy interstitial music?
2) There is a quote “4 Hour Work Week” http://www.fourhourworkweek.com/blog/

Thanks Kyle!
1) You’re not the first person to make a comment, so I think we’ll be changing it soon
2) Yeah, that may have been a slip since that blog has a whole brand around it now. We’re a way out from outsourcing our email and sipping mojitos on the beach though!

Talking about 4 day work weeks and trusing employees what does that mean for your stance on “workaholics”. Do you feel they are as detrimental as 37 Signals believes?

@Micah – Rick & I both agree with the point 37signals made on workaholics.
However, I don’t view a workaholic as someone who exceeds the standard 40hrs/week. Rather, a workaholic is someone who negatively impacts their work and others with their unbalanced work habits.
I think this is an important distinction to make as I believe running your own business requires more than the standard 40hrs/week. The challenge though is to make sure that extra time you’re spending is actually useful and not harming the business — in other words, you don’t turn into a workaholic.
