		<description>Great start. I think its important to have an outlet to pull your ideas together (I use a blog but I think the same principle applies to podcasts). It forces you to think through things and form solid opinions, opinions worth sharing. 

As a neat side effect, it sometimes generates buzz around your company. It took a few months before this started happening for my blog but now I&#039;ve realized it was well worth it (and continues to be worth it).

Looking forward to more podcasts.</description>
